The hotel had a fantastic location by the river, with amazing views and a charming marina nearby. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and quiet AC. We loved the complimentary water and Nespresso coffee in the room, and the welcome amenity was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and the restaurant staff provided attentive service. The indoor pool was a great size, and the small outdoor pool on the upper floor offered a fine panoramic view of the river.

Nothing it is perfect.

The view from our room was amazing, with a fine panorama of the city. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, were great to accommodate our needs. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a variety of dining options within walking distance.

There were a few drawbacks. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with stained furniture and a clogged sink.

Really good service and attention to detail. We were really surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a room with a fine view of the marina and Tower of Belem. The spacious bathroom was a real treat. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the city's top attractions and good local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

My stay at Altis Belem Hotel was amazing. The view from my room overlooking the Tagus River was fine. I found myself captivated by the beauty outside, spending hours gazing out the window in awe. The hotel itself was fantastic, with elegant design and beautifully appointed rooms. The free breakfast offered was very nice, with a wide selection of delicious gourmet options. The staff were very nice and provided excellent service. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private terrace with panoramic views. the indoor swimming pool and Spa centre were particularly impressive, offering a range of relaxing treatments.

The breakfast buffet was slightly underwhelming and lacked variety compared to other hotel's we have stayed at. this minor issue was outweighed by the hotel's other outstanding features such as the gorgeous sun terrace and high-quality restaurant.

Good We spent an amazing luxury weekend in this hotel with exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre provided us with relaxing massages and a rooftop pool with a spectacular view. the bar/lounge area had delicious snacks and special diet menus for us.

Bad the one minor issue we experienced was the room service taking longer than expected. the friendly staff more than made up for it with their excellent service.

We had an amazing experience at a modern and chic hotel located right on the river. The location was perfect as we were able to easily explore the historic Belem area and enjoy the peaceful environment. The staff were warm and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our guest room was beautifully appointed, with a well-lit and airy atmosphere. The breakfast served with outdoor seating alongside the sailing yacht marina was delicious and offered a wonderful view. the service, room, and breakfast exceeded our expectations.

One small drawback was the difficulty in finding the sitting area at night.

The variety of food on offer was excellent, and everything was delicious. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice spa with a great pool. The location was also perfect, right on the river with fine views and within walking distance of tram transportation into the city. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.
